Open the downloaded Naqd Pay application.
Navigate to “Account” -> “Account Details”
Find the “Deactivate Account?” option and select “Yes”.
Deactivating your account will temporarily disable your account and all associated data. Please note that this action is reversible, and you can reactivate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
